I would, but only after telling them that while it has helped me immensely, Banish Tinnitus is not for everyone. It is only for sufferers whose condition is caused by acoustic trauma, stress, or sinus difficulties. If you are suffering any or all of these three, then by all means try the ebook's three-step approach. Moreover, I find this a very good approach because many medical experts encourage cognitive behavior therapy for conditions that medical science is yet to fully understand.<br>Time and thought given to reviewing what and where the causes of stress in your life come from can be time well spent.
