This brings me back to why I am writing this review. I have found Banish Tinnitus helpful. Would I recommend it to friends and family? I would, but only after telling them that while it has helped me immensely, Banish Tinnitus is not for everyone. It is only for sufferers whose condition is caused by acoustic trauma, stress, or sinus difficulties. If you are suffering any or all of these three, then by all means try the ebook's three-step approach.
